Shipping policy
Shipping & Fulfilment
Purrrlo’s First Collection is produced as part of an initial production run.
To meet the minimum production requirements set by our manufacturing partner, we require 100 orders before manufacturing begins. All pre-orders are allocated within this first release.
Once this milestone is reached, production will commence, with dispatch expected from July 2026.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been prepared and leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Method
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.
Where possible, we prioritise air freight, with estimated delivery timeframes of 7–14 days from dispatch. For larger orders, we reserve the right to ship via sea freight, which may take 30–45 days from dispatch.
The selected method will depend on the size and structure of your order, with the aim of balancing efficiency, cost, and safe delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
All delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only. Due to the nature of global logistics, transit times may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, and regional conditions.
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we are unable to guarantee exact arrival dates once an order has been dispatched.
Tracking & Delivery
All orders are fully tracked and insured from dispatch through to arrival. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order is on its way.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Duties & Import Taxes
All shipping costs shown at checkout include applicable duties and import taxes, so there are no additional charges on delivery for most destinations.
For certain regions, including Norway and Switzerland, local import VAT or handling fees may still be applied upon arrival. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.
