Purrrlo’s First Collection is available via pre-order, offering early access to our initial production run.

To meet the minimum production requirements set by our manufacturing partner, we require 100 orders to begin manufacturing.

Each order contributes toward this first run, reserving your pieces ahead of production and securing your place in the First Edition release.

As part of the early supporter release, all modules are currently offered at 20% off RRP, as reflected on-site during the pre-order period.

These benefits are reserved strictly for the first 100 orders and will be included with your purchase.

Production & Fulfilment

Production begins once our initial goal of 100 orders is reached.

Estimated dispatch will follow production, with timing dependent on order volume and final manufacturing schedules.

All orders will be fully tracked and insured, ensuring your delivery is protected from dispatch through to arrival.

Shipping timeframes may vary depending on your location. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Product Visuals

All imagery displayed on our website is AI-generated and artistically rendered, designed to represent the product as closely as possible in form, proportion, and finish.

While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, minor variations may occur between rendered imagery and the final physical product.

Cancellation (Before Delivery)

Due to the fragile nature of production scheduling and inventory allocation, cancellations made prior to receiving your order will incur a 20% restocking fee.

This fee reflects committed manufacturing, handling, and allocation costs tied to your reserved units.

The shipping fee will be refunded in full (100%) in the event of a cancellation prior to dispatch.

Refund Policy (After Delivery)

We offer a flexible, customer-first approach once your order has been delivered.

You are eligible for a change-of-mind refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• A full refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and return shipping cost

• Items must be returned in resealable, unused condition

• Products must be free from damage, wear, or alteration

• Once the goods are received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly (less shipping costs)

Warranty

All Purrrlo products come with a 3-Year Limited Warranty, covering manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.

This warranty includes:

• Structural integrity of the modules

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

• Faults that impact the intended functional use of the product

This warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear, including surface scratches, fabric wear, or cosmetic aging

• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modifications

• Damage resulting from external factors such as pets beyond normal use, accidents, or environmental conditions
